LEGAL

How Operations with Enle collects, uses and protects your personal information, and the rights you have over it.

Last updated: 29 August 2026

1. Who we are

Operations with Enle is a division of Enle Business Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16308224, with its registered office at Tennyson Road, Southampton, England, SO17 2GW.

For the purposes of UK data protection law we are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Information you give us — your name, email address, telephone number, organisation and the content of any enquiry, when you complete a form, request a quote or email us.
  • Engagement information — correspondence, process documentation and any operational information you share with us during an engagement.
  • Training portal data — where you or your staff use our training portal, account details, course progress and contributions.
  • Technical information — IP address, browser type, device information and pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to respond to enquiries and provide requested services; to scope, deliver and manage engagements; to administer the training portal; to send marketing communications where you have asked for them; to understand and improve how our website is used; and to meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

4. Access to your systems

Our work often requires access to systems you control, such as a CRM or ERP. Where we are granted such access we act as a data processor on your instructions in respect of any personal data held in those systems. We request the minimum level of access needed, use named individual accounts rather than shared credentials, and ask that access is revoked when an engagement ends.

5. Legal basis for processing

We rely on the following legal bases under UK GDPR:

  • Contract — where processing is necessary to deliver services you have engaged us for.
  • Legitimate interests — to operate and improve our business, respond to enquiries and maintain security.
  • Consent — for marketing communications and non-essential cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legal obligation — where we must retain records to comply with law.

6. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process data on our behalf under written agreements; with other divisions of Enle Business Limited where an engagement requires it, for example when work is handed to Systems with Enle for custom engineering, and only with your knowledge; and with professional advisers or authorities where required by law.

7. International transfers

Some service providers are located outside the United Kingdom. Where personal information is transferred internationally we rely on UK adequacy regulations or on the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum to ensure an equivalent level of protection.

8. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as necessary. As a general guide, enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months; engagement and project records for 7 years after the engagement ends to meet contractual and accounting obligations; training portal accounts for as long as the account is active; and marketing data until you unsubscribe.

9. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access a copy of your personal information, to have inaccurate information corrected, to request erasure, to restrict or object to processing, to request portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on it.

To exercise any of these rights, email operations@enle.org. We will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

10. Security

We maintain technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege access to client systems and supplier due diligence. No transmission over the internet is entirely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and, with your consent, for analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies will affect how the site works.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. For any question about this policy, contact operations@enle.org or write to us at Tennyson Road, Southampton, England, SO17 2GW.
